Summary

• The individual is responsible for supporting operational activities in the Technical Service department to deliver smooth and efficient processes

Job Responsibility

• Support the Operation aspect of the Service department to deliver service and repair activities for our customers.
• Coordinate repair activities to ensure service and repair activities are completed within defined KPIs.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Involve in operations matter related shipping and receiving activities for equipment repair, spare parts and tools
• Coordinate shipment, return, receiving activities
• Maintain accurate and timely operational data and repair reports in the Service system.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support process improvement.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field with minimum 1 year of work experiences
• Experience and interest in Sales operations, service and repair operations, project operations, project coordination or manufacturing operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP, SAP or Service systems is an advantage.
