• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of packaging and artwork development, particularly for packaged foods.
• Strong proactive communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• An attention to detail and a good analytical mindset are essential

Job Description

• Oversees end-to-end documentation for artwork management across various markets, ensuring timely execution for new product launches and change management. It involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate seamless production and compliance.
• Lead documentation processes using systems like WAVE, SAP, and InDesign to prepare approved packaging for initial production.
• Develop packaging (consumer unit, sales unit, transport unit) adhering to company, legal, sales, and trade requirements.
• Align with Brand Marketing Teams and Central Category team on development guidelines.
• Collaborate with artwork agencies to create packaging artworks based on provided briefs.
• Prioritize artwork tasks to prevent delays, considering lead times and complexity.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
• Maintain an organized database and track documentation statuses.
• Coordinate with Regional and Central Product Flow Managers to streamline workflows.
• Provide weekly reports on documentation status to stakeholders.
