The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the MNC in the Semiconductor industry
- 6 months contract
- Salary: Up to SGD 3400
- Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous
- Location: East
The Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Min 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative project support roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Job Description
- Prepare project documentation including charters, meeting minutes, trackers, and weekly status reports
- Track budgets, process invoices, and support financial administration
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, action tracking, and stakeholder follow‑ups
- Manage site access, permits, and required documentation with contractors
- Support procurement activities (PR/PO initiation, quotation collation, vendor documentation)
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Support end‑to‑end project execution under the Reporting Manager, aligned to objectives and timelines
- Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, site visits
