Working Hours

Rotating shifts with 6 off days per month

Rostered shifts may include:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm

  • 10:00am – 6:00pm

  • 12:00pm – 8:00pm

  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

  • 3:00pm – 11:00pm

  • 6:00pm – 2:00am

  • 8:00pm – 4:00am

  • 10:00pm – 6:00am

  • 11:00pm – 7:00am

Candidates must be comfortable working rotating morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Transport is provided for qualifying shifts ending in the early morning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide professional service to guests in accordance with service standards

  • Deal assigned games according to established gaming rules and procedures

  • Check and shuffle playing cards and perform accurate card handling

  • Conduct accurate chip handling, float management, payouts and mathematical calculations

  • Observe gaming activities and report suspicious or irregular activity through the appropriate channels

  • Complete and verify operational documentation when required

  • Support supervisors with gaming-floor and card-room operations

  • Perform guest entry and status verification checks when assigned

  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and gaming activities

  • Follow Responsible Gaming, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and workplace safety requirements

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and customer service

  • Support other operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Secondary education preferred

  • No prior gaming experience required — full training provided

  • Comfortable using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow rules and procedures

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Able to maintain professional grooming and comply with uniform and workplace presentation standards

Interview Information

Weekly interviews are available Tuesday to Friday.

Interview slots are scheduled between 10:15am and 11:00am, subject to availability.
