Job Scope

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Understand and support departments on business values, products, and services.
• Conduct review of operational policies and recommend improvements.

Requirement

• 3-5 years of customer service, client management, or operations experience.
• Experience with hands-on customer engagement such as events, enquiry management, and stakeholder management
