Key Responsibilities

BusinessAnalysis & Requirements Management

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements.
  • Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business and operational processes based on agreed requirements.
  • Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep.
  • Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests.

FunctionalDesign & Solution Alignment

  • Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements.

Testing

  • Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team.
  • Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.
