Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.00pm

Up to $4500

1 Year Renewable Contract

Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance and repair works for building facilities and systems
• Support electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary maintenance
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues
• Coordinate with contractors and support safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / ITE in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Min 1–3 years of facilities/building maintenance experience
• Has prior hands-on experience
