Job Description

• Ensure the day-to-day operation and user support of Lark/ Feishu, OA approval workflows, and AI office tools
• Respond to and resolve user issues quickly, and support the execution of training and promotion activities.
• Serves as the frontline window for smart office services, directly impacting user satisfaction and tool reputation, and frees up capacity for mid- and senior-level consultants.
• Design and implement Lark regional rollout plans (tenant configuration, permission architecture, data migration)
• Gather OA approval business requirements, design workflows, and conduct system integration testing (Landray (EKP) + in-house OA)
• Implement AI office use cases: build a prompt template library, conduct scenario-based training, track and iterate on effectiveness
• Produce training materials and promotional content to support training and promotion activities
• Compile operational data statistics and reports to support monthly operations reviews

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major (computer science/information management preferred)
• Good Chinese and English reading/writing skills (need to liaise with HQ in China)
• Familiar with Lark/ Feishu basic functions and admin console operations
• Able to independently handle OA workflow adjustments, form modifications and permission changes
• Proficient with mainstream AI office tools, able to write FAQs and operation guides
• Basic data analysis and reporting capability.
