About the Role

You will be the senior HR leader for the company's international operations, based in Singapore. You will own the full HR agenda across multiple countries and partner with regional business leaders and Group HR to build people strategies that fit local regulations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and business partnership

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy for international offices, aligned with Group priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional business heads and the senior leadership team.
  • Translate business plans into workforce planning, organization design and talent priorities.

Talent management

  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development across the region.
  • Drive performance management, engagement and retention.
  • Build a strong employer brand in each market.

Total rewards and HR operations

  • Oversee compensation, benefits and incentive programmes, benchmarked to local markets.
  • Ensure consistent, efficient HR operations and payroll across countries, with strong HRIS and data governance.

Employee relations and compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in every country of operation.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, restructuring and labour relations where applicable.
  • Uphold fair, merit-based employment practices in line with Singapore's Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices and equivalent local standards.

Culture and organization development

  • Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture across diverse teams.
  • Lead change management and integration with Group HR programmes.

Team leadership

  • Lead and develop the regional HR team, including country HR leads and shared services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR, with a strong record at senior leadership level covering multiple countries in the region.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment, ideally with a factory or plant workforce.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore.
  • Proven ability in talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations and organizational change.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Group stakeholders in English and Mandarin, as a working requirement for coordination with headquarters.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and the ability to operate in a matrixed, multicultural organization.
