About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Manager with strong experience in enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles—particularly in virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or performance monitoring—and a history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in targeted industries.
- From prospecting and cold calling to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and deliver reliable forecasts.
- Build and manage relationships with MSPs/GSIs, organize training, and drive joint sales activities.
- Research client IT environments, identify performance challenges, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with consulting teams and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Citrix, VMware, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent presentation and consultative skills; strong active listening.
