Customer Service / Order Processing (Manufacturing)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and day-to-day issue resolution
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability, delivery schedules, and dispatch
• Support invoicing and accounts payable/receivable processes
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and general office administration
• Assist with business correspondence, agreements, and other operational matters

The Talent

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative coordination
• Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems, processes, and procedures independently
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
