Customer Service Associate (Logistics)

Logistics Customer Service Associate | 3 months to perm

Up to $3,000

Working location: West

Working hours: Monday to Friday. 8:00am to 5:30pm

Job Scope

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Process orders in the system and coordinate with warehouse for fulfilment

• Update customers on order status and handle issues

• Prepare and manage documents (reports, invoices, data entry)

• Coordinate billing, track discrepancies, and follow up accordingly

• Identify improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with customer agreements and requirements

Requirement

• Experience in customer service or similar role, ideally within logistics or warehousing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
