Contract type: Full time

Perform repair works of electrical and mechanical devices.
Perform periodic cleaning of assigned areas & facilities.
Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep work of building installations and equipment.
Attend to 3rd party contractors / vendors doing servicing or repair work in the premises.
Set up facilities and equipment for meetings.
Assist in management of housekeeping stocks.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building maintenance work
Able to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance manuals in English; basic Chinese reading ability for liaising with contractors and vendors.
Hands-on and with initiative
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to work a 6-day work week
