Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Location: Pioneer

Manage project costing, budgeting and cost control throughout the project.
Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate competitive pricing.
Prepare and manage progressive/final claims, invoices and payment collections.
Review and certify subcontractors’ and suppliers’ claims.
Handle procurement and sourcing of materials required for projects.
Prepare tenders, quotations, contracts and procurement documents.
Negotiate and finalise subcontractor and supplier agreements.
Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimation and value engineering.
Review contract terms and identify potential commercial/project risks.
Attend site visits, tender briefings and project meetings when required.
Monitor and report project costing, budget and claim status.
Work closely with Project Managers, Designers and project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline.
