1. Quantity takingoff and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs fortenders·

2. Takeoffquantities,compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditureof the Project site assigned.

3. Prepare tendersubmission including BOQ and discuss with Management for costing and pricing.

4. Prepare monthlyprogress claim and cost analysis based on the drawings / work done /materialsrequired.

5. Monitoring progressclaim and liaise with vendors.

6. Attend Site meetingfor on-going project.

7. Process VO andpreparing final accounts.

8. Deal with significantcontractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, termsand conditions etc.

9. Liaise and establishrapport with all related parties including company clients, contractors, andconsultants on certification of claims for payments.

Qualifications / Experience / Requirement

1. Knowledge andexperience in using basic AutoCAD and reading drawings.

2. Well versedincontracts documentations including follow-up & submission of tenders

3. Minimum 1 - 2years’relevant experience in Interiors Design / Addition andAlteration(A&A)building construction field.

4. Diploma/Degree inQuantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Building or relatedfield

5. Able to managemultiple projects independently

6. Strong communicationand coordination skills

7. Strong knowledge infit-out detailing and construction methods

8. Goodcosting,budgeting and negotiation skills

9. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
