Job Duties:

  • The Lifecycle Growth Specialist (Retention & Conservation) works closely with Lifecycle Growth leadership to plan and execute lifecycle and conservation strategies that protect the existing customer base, improve retention outcomes, and drive sustainable growth across priority segments
  • This role supports quarterly planning, end-to-end campaign delivery, and performance management across always-on and burst campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and data-led insights.
  • Support campaign planning and execution of customer retention and conservation campaigns to reduce churn and protect portfolio value.
  • Build and optimise campaign journeys (audience rules, triggers, content, and cadence) to improve engagement and conversion while meeting governance requirements.
  • Manage promotion and rewards fulfilment for assigned campaigns, coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Lead in campaign reporting by tracking, monitoring and sharing insights on retention/conservation outcomes, key success metrics, and quarterly objectives; surface optimisation opportunities and recommended actions.
  • Leverage Marketing Automation (CEP) to deploy and optimise lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, engagement, renewal, win-back) in partnership with channel stakeholders where applicable.
  • Work closely with identified key stakeholders to brief them, ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with Distribution and agency force to enable active campaign support and ease of feedback on campaign ideas.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • 3 years of workingexperience in Marketing, preferably focusing on CRM or Lifecycle Growth
  • Proven campaign and project managementcapabilities; able to work under deadlines and produce key deliverables
  • Experience withmarketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), A/Btesting, experiment design, campaign analysis and attribution reporting
  • Strong Analytical and quantitative skills and able to construct lifecycle reports and dashboards in Competent with the use of CRM platform
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft, Power Point, Word and Excel, including the use of Pivot tables, reporting, charts.
