Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Community Engagement

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising and outreach plans

• Lead fundraising initiatives including donor engagement, sponsorships, grants, and events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders

• Identify and engage prospective donors and supporters through outreach and networking efforts

• Develop engagement initiatives to strengthen community participation and advocacy

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on engagement strategies

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper governance and utilisation of donations and contributions

• Support partnership development and relationship management initiatives

Strategy & Organisational Support

• Monitor trends and best practices in community engagement and fundraising

• Support organisational strategic planning and leadership initiatives

• Prepare reports, updates, and presentations where required

• Support additional projects and initiatives assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Social Services, or related discipline

• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, community engagement, or partnership management

• Experience managing outreach programmes, sponsorships, or engagement events
