What You'll Be Doing

Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations
Perform documentation for order processing activities
Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS
Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
Perform system receipt of cargoes
Validate documentations and escalate non-conformities
Identify operational shortfall and escalate

Manage appropriate mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services
Prepare reports for customers and operation
Perform billing process
