Clinical Research Coordinator (till End Aug 2027) #HAL

Contract: Immediate to end Aug 2027 (Buyover)

On gratuity terms – Completion bonus 1 month (pro-rated)

Location: Clementi & Queenstown (Willing to shuttle between these two sites)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic assessments to identify eligible patients for the study.

• Perform consent-taking, baseline and outcome assessment.

• Administration of study questionnaires.

• Perform 6-monthly telephone calls for outcomes during the study period.

• Coordinate the care for patients with other providers (health coach, dietitian etc.).

• Arrange for follow-ups, laboratory tests and procedures as scheduled or ordered by the care team.

• Perform accurate research documentation

• Send reminders for appointments and track, recall and reschedule of defaulted appointments.

• Manage subject reimbursement and ensure proper tracking of budget utilisation.

• Facilitate the completion of Physician Management Checklist by Physicians.

• Facilitate communication between different education institutions on recruitment and follow-up procedures.

• Coordinate and attend meetings.

• Maintain a record of patients recruited into the study and other data as required.

• Assist PI with maintenance of study site file.

• Comply with guidelines and safe practices according to organizational Work Instructions and Policies.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Report adverse events, unsafe practices and incidences.

• Participate in quality improvement activities.

• Assist to review and evaluate work processes in consultation with physicians or other health-care providers where required.

• Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirement

- Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.

- Prior experience in clinical research, clinical coordination, healthcare operations, or patient care is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and research protocols is advantageous.
