• Identify and engage potential candidates.

• Help build and grow a high-performing team.

3. Training & Leadership Development

• Assist in conducting workshops and onboarding programmes.

• Coordinate learning initiatives and team activities.

• Develop communication, coaching and leadership skills.

4. Business Projects

• Work directly with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.

• Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.

• Take ownership of projects with real impact.
