Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm

Transport provided at Jurong East and Lakeside, lunch subsidized (Staff only pay $2 for lunch)

Salary depends on experience up to $2.8K

A Leading 3PL company is hiring!

Verify cheques received against sales invoices

Bank in collection within second day of receipt

Prepare billing for misc charges

Accounts Receivables

AR invoicing

In charge of monthly prepayment schedule

In charge of monthly packing inventory schedule

AP entry

Fixed assets sighting

Inventory count process

Monthly and yearly closing

Other ad hoc duties assigned
