Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management.
  • Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Support and influence hiring strategies, working with stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead performance management cycles and contribute to compensation and reward discussions.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, offering practical and balanced solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on HR programmes, policies, and transformation initiatives.
  • Identify development needs and coordinate learning and development programmes to build organisational capability.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with local labour laws and aligned with best practices.
  • Support HR operations, including HR systems, reporting, and claims processes where required.
  • Contribute to broader organisational initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development.
  • Provide support on office administration and facilities coordination as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with regional stakeholders or supporting regional HR operations is a plus.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
