Assistant Production Manager

Salary: up to $4,800

Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5pm)

Work Location: Tuas (Transport provided)

• Assist the Production Manager in day-to-day precious metal recycling operations and coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor process performance, output, and efficiency while addressing operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including proper handling of materials.

• Supervise and guide production staff including scheduling and task allocation.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and inventory control.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment

• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work in structured, regulated settings

• Singaporean only need apply
