Job Description & Requirements

  • Assist therapists during individual and group therapy sessions, including preparing therapy materials, equipment, and treatment areas.

  • Support clients with prescribed therapy activities and exercises under the guidance of therapists, and report any concerns or changes in clients' condition.

  • Coordinate therapy schedules, assessments, reviews, admissions, discharges, and transport arrangements to support smooth service delivery.

  • Communicate with clients and their next of kin regarding routine enquiries, appointments, transport, centre updates, and other operational matters, escalating clinical or urgent issues appropriately.

  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, attendance, diet charts, and other required administrative records.

  • Support monthly reporting, care planning meetings, and general centre operations, including filing and follow-up of outstanding documentation.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised therapy environment, including appropriate cleaning and storage of therapy equipment.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Healthcare and or any other similar discipline.
  • Have certificate related to Therapy Services/ Support
  • Min 2 years experience in healthcare or therapy
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday
