Introduce and explain banking products clearly and professionally
Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
Set appointments or refer interested customers to relationship managers / sales team
Follow up with warm leads when required
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Comply with company policies and basic banking compliance guidelines
