Operations Executive (E - Commerce)

Butterfly 3D Space is a Singapore-based company specialising in the distribution of 3D printer filaments and a range of plastic products. Our products are sold through major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, with an exciting company website in the pipeline.
We are a lean and fast-growing team looking for driven individuals who are hands-on, responsible, and eager to grow together with the business.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive (E-Commerce) to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our online sales operations - managing product listings across marketplaces, fulfilling orders, and providing a great experience for both our online and walk-in customers. As our business grows, you will also play a key role in supporting the launch and management of our own company website.
Employment Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday - Friday (half day off on one weekday) + Saturday (half day)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week equivalent
• Saturday: Half day (order dispatch)
• One weekday: Half day off (in lieu)
Salary: SGD $2,800 - $3,200 (commensurate with experience)
Work Location: Singapore (Office / Warehouse)
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
• Create, update, and maintain product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms.
• Optimise listing content including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to maximise visibility and conversion.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and messages on marketplaces in a timely manner.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketplace campaigns and promotions.
• Support the setup and ongoing management of the company's website when launched.
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend Saturday afternoon (after 2pm) to process and dispatch weekend orders.
• Maintain a clean and organised packing and storage area.
Customer Service
• Attend to walk-in customers at the office/warehouse who wish to purchase products offline.
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Process offline transactions and issue receipts/invoices as required.
General Operations Support
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock replenishment alerts.
• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
• Contribute ideas for improving e-commerce operations and customer experience.
Requirements
Essential
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; Diploma holders preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Physically able to handle packing and movement of products.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore without company sponsorship.
Advantageous (Not Required)
• Prior experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar website platforms.
• Background in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
• Basic knowledge or interest in AI tools for content creation or operational efficiency.
