Maintenance Engineer | $3000 to $4300 #5252

Working Arrangement: 24/7 Standby | Time-off for off-peak/PH activations | Transport claimable

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of security/network systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty electronic components

• Attend to client service requests according to SLA, including urgent breakdowns

• Carry out system installation, testing, commissioning, A&A and VO works

• Manage maintenance sites and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors

• Perform system updates, vulnerability patches and basic cybersecurity maintenance

• Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, O&M documents and other technical documentation

• Provide technical support and ensure systems remain operational

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Infocomm, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in system implementation/maintenance

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with basic network/system knowledge

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with construction drawings, site installation and WSH requirements is an advantage

• Class 3 driving license preferred; own vehicle is an advantage to travel for project site

• Willing to support 24/7 standby duties
