  1. DIP / DEGREE FOR CONSTRUCTION OR BUILDING
  2. MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE
  3. ABLE TO SPEAK & WRITE IN BOTH ENGHLISH AND CHINESE
  4. ABLE TO WORK AS A TEAM
