School-to-Work(S2W) Programme Implementation

• Implement job training plans for students with ASD under the MOE-MSF-SGE School-to-Work (S2W) Programme.

• Collaborate with the Transition Planning Coordinator (TPC) and fellow Job Coaches in conducting assessments, selecting candidates, and delivering structured training.

• Administer vocational assessment tools and document student progress accurately.

• Follow established protocols and SOP for S2Wcase documentation and reporting.

Job Placement & Workplace Preparation

• Source and develop appropriate job attachment opportunities across suitable industries.

• Conduct on-site job analyses and implement job accommodations and modifications based on individual student profiles.

• Liaise with employers to prepare workplaces for students with ASD, including briefing supervisors and co-workers.

• Monitor and support students during attachment periods with structured follow-up.

Work Exposure & Vocational Programme Support

• Support the development and delivery of internal and external work exposure programmes, learning journeys, school-based vocational projects, and events.

• Contribute to vocational curriculum resources asguided by the Lead Job Coach.

• Prepare lesson plans, training guides, and visual supports for vocational instruction.

Cafeteria Operations & Work-Based Training

• Support the school cafeteria's daily operations to provide real-world vocational experiences.

• Prepare training resources for cafeteria-based work training and evaluate student readiness.

School Contributions & Additional Duties

• Participate in school-related programmes and in-house projects as assigned.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to required reporting and data collection.

• Recognised Diploma in any field; qualifications in Special Education, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related disciplines preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in any relevant industry.

• Prior experience working with persons with autism or special needs is preferred.

• Experience in vocational training or employmentsupport is an advantage.

• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi disciplinary team.
