HR Generalist (Landscaping Industry)
Location: Woodlands (Relocating to Lavender in 3–4 months)
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support full-spectrum HR operations for a well-established landscaping company with approximately 100 employees.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse HR scope and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll for ~100 employees, including salary computation, overtime, CPF, and statutory submissions
- Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance
- Oversee full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records and compliance tracking
- Support performance appraisal coordination and HR documentation
- Manage annual income tax filing (IR8A and related tax reporting)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support employee relations and general HR operational matters
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company HR policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience
- Hands-on experience in payroll and Work Pass administration in Singapore
- Experience in landscaping, construction, facilities management, or services industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and employment practices
- Independent, meticulous, and able to manage full HR operations cycle
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Work Location: Woodlands (Company will relocate to Lavender in 3–4 months’ time)
