E-Commerce Assistant

Job Summary

Assist with daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to ensure smooth order processing, accurate product listings, and effective coordination with warehouse and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock information on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Process online orders promptly and respond to customer enquiries to support customer satisfaction.
• Assist with planning and executing campaigns, vouchers, and store content updates to drive sales and engagement.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain detailed stock records and prepare regular stock and sales reports to support inventory management.
• Support the E-commerce Executive with daily operational tasks to ensure efficient platform management.
• Perform other e-commerce-related duties as assigned by the direct superior to support business needs.
