We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base, drive revenue, and strengthen our market presence in Singapore.

Job Summary

We seek a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, increase revenue, and enhance market presence in Singapore’s environmental services sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals to grow client base
• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service packages that meet client needs
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities
• Conduct site surveys and needs assessments at prospective client locations to tailor solutions effectively
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
• Track and report sales pipeline, activity metrics, and revenue targets to support business goals
• Support preparation of tender submissions and government procurement bids to secure contracts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or B2B sales is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred
