- Understand the project scope and customer's requirements
- Prepare project schedules and work plans
- Set project milestones and deadlines
- Allocation of manpower, materials and system requirement
- Assign duty to project co-ordinators, engineers and site supervisors
- Monitor worker performance and productivity
- Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet project deadlines
- Monitory weekly and monthly project progress
- Conduct project meetings and site inspection
- Resolve delays, operational problems and coordination issues
