Prepare quantity take-off and cost estimation.

Prepare quotations and tender submissions.

Prepare and submit progress claims.

Handle variation orders and additional/omission works.

Check quantities, drawings and material requirements.

Assist with project costing and final accounts.

Coordinate with the project team, clients, main contractors and suppliers.

Perform other general QS duties as required.

Aluminium doors and windows

Curtain wall

Glass works and glazing

Glass railing

Aluminium screens and louvres

Skylight

Aluminium panel cladding

Relevant QS experience in construction.

Experience in aluminium, glazing or façade works is an advantage.

Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently as well as with a team.

Training and guidance will be provided for company-specific procedures and projects.
