Responsibilities

• Delivering a high-touch, resident-centric experience that combines hospitality excellence with healthcare standards.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operationalefficiency, and a strong service culture across all hospitality functions.
• Oversee hospitality operations and ensure seamless service delivery acrossdining, housekeeping, and laundry
• Deliver a personalized, high-touch experience aligned with resident needs and preferences
• Oversee menu planning and food service in collaboration with Nutritionist andcare teams
• Ensure meals meet dietary, nutritional, and quality standards
• Manage budgets and monitor cost per resident day
• Oversee sourcing of food and hospitality supplies
• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality
• Enforce service standards, SOPs, and attention to detail across all hospitalityfunctions
• Conduct regular checks on service delivery, cleanliness, and overallenvironment
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback and operational data
• Lead, coach, and develop the hospitality team to deliver service excellence
• Ensure training and development to uphold service quality and standards
• Build a strong, resident-first service culture

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Contract Management, Hospitality, Horticulture or related discipline with Food Safety certification preferred
• Healthcare, hospitality or facilities management experience preferred
