Job Summary

An opportunity to support post-investment value creation by strengthening governance and operational structures across portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Support post-investment PMI (Post-Merger Integration) initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Establish and enhance internal controls and corporate governance frameworks.
• Improve financial and operational structures, including reviewing balance sheet and profit & loss management.
• Support the setup, monitoring, and effectiveness of board governance and management structures.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio company management to drive value creation and prepare for successful exits.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience in consulting (PMI, strategy, or business improvement), Big 4 firms, corporate M&A or investment functions, trading companies (investment or business management), or investment banking.
• Experience or solid understanding of M&A, PMI, and investment-related work, with a strong interest in business improvement and portfolio management.
• Ability to manage governance-related and operational tasks, including detailed hands-on execution.
• Strong interest in both investment activities and business operations, with a practical, operations-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
