Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations by scheduling crew members, managing inventory, ordering ingredients, and handling client interactions to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare beverages including tea and ice cream, and perform other kitchen duties to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all work areas to comply with hygiene standards
- Manage overall store functions and complete additional outlet operation tasks as assigned
- Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to support team coordination and customer service
