Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' beauty concerns through consultation

  • Match clients to the most suitable treatments, products and packages

  • Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention

  • Proactively follow up with clients post-treatment

  • Consistently work towards, and aim to exceed, individual and team sales KPIs
