Job Summary

Manage daily operations of aquarium store chain, including customer service, inventory ordering, livestock care, and team motivation to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple aquarium stores to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Provide attentive service to walk-in customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively
• Order livestock and aquarium products from suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Perform regular care for livestock, including water changes and feeding routines to ensure healthy aquatic life
• Identify and evaluate new business growth opportunities to expand store performance and profitability
• Administer commission structures and profit-sharing opportunities to incentivize staff performance
• Motivate and lead employees to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
