The Role: Your Professional Toolkit

As a core member of our team, you will handle the 'Engine Room' of our clients' businesses. You will gain hands-on experience in:

1. Financial Management (The Numbers)

· Multi-Platform Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop for robust reporting, alongside QuickBooks Online and Xero.

· Financial Integrity: Perform bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare schedules for annual audits.

· Accuracy & Quality: Maintain the high standard of documentation required for professional accounting audits.

2. Corporate Governance (The Compliance)

· Statutory Stewardship: Maintain and update statutory registers (both digital and physical) to the 'Gold Standard' of Singapore compliance.

· Regulatory Filings: Coordinate and lodge essential documents with ACRA via BizFile+.

· Risk Management: Utilize SentroWeb to conduct KYC and AML screenings, ensuring the highest level of regulatory safety.

· Drafting: Prepare professional board resolutions and minutes that clearly reflect corporate actions.

Requirements

· Education: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Fresh Graduates are Welcome: We value potential and a 'hunger to learn.' We provide the mentorship; you provide the effort.

· The 'Detective' Mindset: You enjoy spotting discrepancies and getting numbers to balance.

· Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English and a second language is a plus for client liaising.

· Tech-Adaptable: Comfortable switching between robust Desktop software and agile Cloud apps.

· Meticulous Nature: You take pride in keeping things organized, from digital folders to physical registers.
