Cloud Engineer (Azure, GCP)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud environments (GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (VMs, Kubernetes/GKE, networking, IAM, storage)
• Support cloud tools and SaaS platforms (CDN, WAF, SMTP, DNS)
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
• Participate in global/regional projects (implementation, operations, enhancements)
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors for BAU and project delivery
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational processes
• Support audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud operations
• Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure (Alibaba Cloud is a plus)
• Cloud: GCP (GKE, VMs, VPC, IAM), Azure (VMs, VNet, App Services, SQL, IAM)
• Systems: Linux, Windows, Kubernetes
• Scripting (advantage): PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Python
• Tools/Services: O365, CDN/WAF, VPN, Kafka, SMTP, DNS, monitoring tools
• Security: Vulnerability assessment, audits, remediation
• Understanding of IT governance and processes (incident/change/request management)
• Basic project management skills
