Handle claims-related enquiries, requests and escalations through email and digital channels.

Provide accurate information on claims processes, requirements and claim status.

Follow up on cases and coordinate with customers, representatives and internal claims teams.

Manage complex cases and customer complaints professionally.

Escalate cases requiring further claims assessment to the relevant teams.

Prepare reports and summaries on claims cases when required.

Support team training, onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities.

Assist with process improvements, system testing and other departmental projects.
