Senior Executive, Planning & Procurement (Contract) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain procurement and project trackers covering requirements, quantities, costs, procurement status, timelines and action owners.

• Consolidate information from users, consultants, vendors and project stakeholders and review submissions for completeness and consistency.

• Reconcile equipment lists, quantities and project information across different sources and versions.

• Prepare procurement documentation, dashboards, presentations, meeting papers and supporting materials.

• Consolidate information for business cases, funding requests and approval papers.

• Support coordination of FFE packages and other project procurement activities.

• Maintain proper document filing, document control and version control of project and procurement records.

• Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the project team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain/Procurement, Business, Healthcare Administration or related discipline.

• Relevant experience in procurement, project coordination, healthcare, engineering or construction projects will be advantageous.

• Strong numerical skills and comfortable working with quantities, costs and large datasets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organise, reconcile and present information clearly.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a dynamic project environment.
