Handle customer and representative enquiries primarily through Live Chat.

Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining good service standards.

Resolve customer enquiries and complaints where possible, and follow up on outstanding cases.

Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for further assistance.

Record and update customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.

Assist with appeals, recommendations and case follow-ups when required.

Support team targets, service quality and other ad-hoc projects or operational duties.
