Role overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for our client. You will manage project plans, delivery teams, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, go-live and transition to support.

  • Manage delivery across relevant ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM.

  • Work with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to define scope, priorities, milestones and acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate developers, administrators, testers, business analysts and external partners.

  • Monitor schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues; provide clear status updates and escalate concerns promptly.

  • Oversee requirements, solution design, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
