Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,810 / mo

Contract type: Contractor

Assess and process local and overseas medical and non-medical claims in accordance with policy terms and service standards.

Review pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests where required.

Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries and internal teams to clarify claim details and resolve enquiries.

Handle claim disputes, appeals and complex cases professionally.

Process claim settlements, refunds and related payment documentation accurately.

Follow up with hospitals and clinics on billing information and outstanding matters.

Prepare claims reports, records and supporting documentation.

Identify and escalate potential fraud, discrepancies or compliance concerns.

Support claims system enhancements, UAT and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain good working relationships with clients and business partners.

Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
