Job Responsibilities

Install, commission and configure medical equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, testing and repairs according to manufacturer requirements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment faults, including root cause analysis.
Escalate complex technical issues to regional technical teams or equipment manufacturers
Provide technical support and basic equipment training to clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate service reports, equipment maintenance history and spare parts records.
Manage assigned spare parts inventory and ensure proper handling of equipment components.
Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions and service improvements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience servicing medical devices.
Experience working directly with clinics and hospitals will be advantageous.
Prior experience supervising, mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior engineers is preferred.
Familiar with technical documentation and CRM/service management systems.
