Location: Ubi

Pay: $2600/month

Duration: Immediate – 6 months (Extendable)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries

  • Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification Higher Nitec

  • Customer Service or Call Center Experience

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Comfortable Handling Calls & Emails

  • Tech-Savvy and Customer-Oriented
