Job Description
- Perform Front desk duties such as answer phone calls, attend to customers and provide customer service for patients, scheduling next appointment and payment collection.
- Handles general correspondence by sorting and responding to mail and emails, processing referral letters, and sending welcome and thank-you letters to patients and referrers.
- Sanitize, clean and prepare the treatment room for the next day, ensuring lab work has arrived and promptly reporting any issues.
- Support patient care from entry to exit, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and post-treatment care.
Requirement
- Possess relevant receptionist/front desk or administrative experience
- Strong people management skills or customer service skills
- Team player with good communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adaptable to change and able to handle customer/patient issues effectively.
- Professional work ethic with attention to detail and proactive initiative.
