About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across both digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, increasing traffic, and generating leads through integrated marketing strategies. You will also lead a small marketing team and work closely with sales, showroom, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
  • Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation
  • Oversee social media marketing, with strong focus on Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Plan and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting campaigns)
  • Track performance metrics, analytics, and ROI reporting
  • Strengthen brand positioning in the premium furniture/design space
  • Create engaging content for website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute showroom events, product launches, and trade activities
  • Support print materials, catalogues, brochures, and offline brand campaigns
  • Increase both online traffic and physical showroom visits
  • Develop strategies to convert traffic into qualified leads and sales opportunities
  • Work closely with sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (executives /coordinators)
  • Provide direction on campaign execution and content development
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience (retail, furniture, interior design, or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing Instagram and social media growth strategies
  • Experience in both digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Strong event management experience (showrooms, launches, exhibitions)
  • Leadership experience in managing a small team
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
